Stories... FOR EXPLAINING SHIT~~!
My Original Basic Story: After being over loaded with energy by the Earth killing machine thing whose name I forgotten, he ended up being trapped in his own nightmare, running so fast he made the entire world around him freeze. After three years of solitude, he finally got enough self control to slow down his molecules to return to normal speed. After learning of his return, Batman (Dick Grayson) along with his colleagues, Troia (Donna Troy), Red Arrow (Roy Harper Clone), and Tempest (Garth), invited him to lead one of the five main branches of Titans, becoming the third Flash.
New Thought Over Story: Before Wally West could cease to exist due to the energy absorbing, Wally was transported to the last remaining Roman God, Mercury. Mercury warned Wally of the rise of a great foe harnessing the power of "The Gray" that would soon be recruited as an ally to Apokolips. After being trained for three years to harness his god speed by Mercury, he was told of nine other with the gifted abilities of the Roman Gods, that would assist them in defeating Apokolips. Upon his return to Earth, his speed was so great he appeared to normal humans as just a blur of yellow and red lightning. Being told of this, the team of Barry and Bart Allen went to try and stop the lightning bolt as it raced toward Palo Alto, California. Barry and Bart couldn't find themselves catching up to Wally, as he sped up his molecules to the point where he could intangibly go through buildings. Batman (Dick Grayson), anticipating it's next spot, warned Tigress (Artemis Crock) of the Lightning's direction toward her home. While preparing herself for the lightning, an older longer haired Wally revealed himself to be the lightning, immediately hugging Artemis upon his stop. After explaining his story to Dick, and being told of the "Titans" he sought out to find the other nine heroes gifted with the Roman's abilities, accepting his role as the third hero to take the name of The Flash.
I merged a lot of Jay Garrick's story into this... DEAL WITH IT. And the symbol on his metal plate is the Roman symbol for Mercury. l:
